Ronald (Ron) Ray - President
Ron is a graduate of Purdue University (BSIM - Krannert) and has over 35 years of application, sales and presentation experience in the industrial control and power markets in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky. Ron and his family returned to Indianapolis from Chicago in 1985 at which time he started the Ronald Ray & Associates, Inc. (RRA). RRA is an independent representative firm that has been representing technically advanced (high-tech) electrical products in the Industrial, Municipal, and Commercial marketplace in Indiana and Kentucky since 1986. Ron has given many presentations on industrial control & power and HVAC control equipment to ASHRAE, SME, ELI, IEEE and several other associations. "Professor Ron" has been assigned as his Tag!

Suzi Ray - Administrative
Suzi Ray is the Corporate Secretary for Ronald Ray & Associates, Inc. (RR&A). Suzi moved to Indiana in 1964 and graduated from Southport High School, and also attended Indiana Central College (now U. of Indianapolis). Previously, Suzi's career included working for Standard Life Ins. Co. of Indiana, Bell Laboratories (in Naperville, IL), and Woods Wire, Carmel, IN. Suzi likes to read, travel, and spend time with her nieces and her dog, Lily. Suzi works part time with the duties of bookkeeper, receptionist, and office organizer.

Bart Gettelfinger - Outside Sales Engineer
Bart Gettelfinger has a BS in Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Proudly from the historic river town of Madison, IN; Bart now lives in Louisville, KY. Bart started his career during and after Purdue as a project engineer with Madison Chemical Company Engineering Group for over seven year where his interest in the innovative electrical controls and power industry was developed. From there, Bart went into sales for an electrical, value-add distributor in Louisville. Since August 2004, Bart has been working as a Sales Engineer for Ronald Ray & Associates covering the southern part of Indiana and most of Kentucky.Bart is a long time snow skiing, airplane, and outdoor enthusiast; however, you will typically find his feet on the ground taking care of customers in Indiana and Kentucky.

Russ Kipp - Inside Sales & Support
Russ Kipp is the inside sales person for Ronald Ray & Associates and has been since 1996. Russ got his start in the electrical industry in 1985 with Kendall Electric in Battle Creek, MI. Russ worked in all aspects of electrical distribution from the warehouse to being the Lansing Area Account Manager selling to General Motors and many other large industrial customers. After a short hiatus as a tour guide in Hawaii, Russ found a new home in Indianapolis. Russ and his wife have two young boys and when he is not watching them from the bleachers or the sideline, he is playing co-rec soccer with his wife or running off-road on the bike trails in and around Indianapolis.

Andy McDonald - Outside Sales & Support
Andy McDonald, Outside Sales Engineer, is a graduate of Carmel High School and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Purdue University, Indianapolis IN. Andy started his career at Bel Fuse Inc. as a design engineer and moved up through the ranks to Product Manager in charge of board mountable magnetics including transformers, filters and common mode chokes. Andy decided to become a manufacturer's representative after years of international travel making sales calls with a family at home. Andy's hobbies include sailing and working on an old diesel Mercedes converted to run on waste vegetable oil with his three sons.

Tina Ryker - Office Assistant
Tina Ryker is the newest addition to the Ronald Ray team. Tina came to RRA in 2010 after a long tenure with Woods Industries, a leading wire manufacturer and distributor of electrical products. She brings to RRA the administrative and customer service knowledge gained from holding several positions including her support to sales, engineering, manufacturing, and import sales. Tina enjoys traveling, cheering on the Colts and spending time with family, especially her grand-daughter.
